Terms of Service

1. The service

SkillNexa is a platform where Skill Holders showcase their skills and Hirers discover and contact them. SkillNexa provides the platform; agreements about work are between the people involved.

2. Accounts

• Each account has exactly one type: Skill Holder or Hirer.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• Changing account type requires administrator approval.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You own the content you post. You give SkillNexa permission to host and display it so the service can work, for example showing your public profile in search. You must have the right to share everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.

5. Moderation

Profiles, services, portfolio items and posts may be reviewed. Where possible we explain why content was rejected or suspended.

6. Payments and plans

The platform is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, their terms and prices will be shown before you are charged.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. SkillNexa does not guarantee the quality of any professional or the outcome of any engagement, to the extent permitted by law.
