1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SkillNexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. SkillNexa is operated by Goswami Digital World.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years of age to use SkillNexa. Each person may maintain only one account.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you publish on SkillNexa. By posting, you grant SkillNexa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes spam, plagiarized content, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights. SkillNexa reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
5. Free & Paid Features
SkillNexa offers both free and paid features. Free accounts have access to core features. Paid features such as Creator Pro, Verified Badge, and Featured Creator are subject to additional terms and pricing as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed via Razorpay and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Digital Products Marketplace
Creators who sell digital products on SkillNexa retain ownership of their products. SkillNexa collects a platform fee of 10-15% on each sale. Sellers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their products. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination.
7. Termination
SkillNexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer
SkillNexa is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SkillNexa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
